The Merrimack Valley Food Bank is an independent, non-profit organization with a mission to provide adequate nutrition and freedom from hunger. We seek an organized, courteous, bright individual with a heart for our mission, to help us distribute food to our neighbors.

Summary:

25 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm

Occasional evenings and weekends

Pick up food donations in a box truck with air brakes

Maintain and clean warehouse

Receive, distribute and rotate stock

Interface with member agencies, volunteers and donors

Requirements:

Must have valid MA license and good driving record

Must Pass DOT physical exam

Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 30 minutes at a time

Reliable transportation to and from work

Electric fork truck and pallet jack experience is a plus
