Member Rental Discount Program

Heritage Properties is currently celebrating 35 years of offering beautiful and spacious apartment homes in popular Lowell neighborhoods and a convenient Tyngsboro location.  We want to share in the celebration with GLCC members.

We offer Studio, One & Two Bedrooms and Deluxe apartments ranging from $799 to $1300 and selected pet friendly apartment communities and pools at a number of our sites. Our 24/7 emergency maintenance team and a responsive resident relations program gives an added value and commitment of service for our valued residents.

Members of GLCC are eligible to receive $500.00 off first month’s rent payment by just letting us know where you work.  It’s that easy!
