Customer Service Representatives – Temp Positions – ALL Shifts

Full Time and Part Time options – Located in Salem, NH.

SUMMARY:

Field incoming calls from consumers who have received notification there has been a breach of information. This project will be Temporary assignments. Length of assignment unknown could be a week or 3 months or more! Great way to make supplemental income – all urged to apply today!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong customer service communications skills.

* Good phone etiquette.

* Ability to follow a script.

* Ability to be empathetic and follow processes.

* Basic computer skills needed.

* Bilingual/multilingual language skills desirable, but not required.

* Successful completion of a company sponsored training program. Schedule will depend on each breach that occurs.

* This is NOT a collections position.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

* High School diploma or GED.

* No experience needed, paid training.

* Pay rate is $11/hourly based on shift.
