Generate revenue to achieve collection goals by contacting and obtaining the best arrangements on delinquent accounts. This is a call center position which means you will be on the phone 90% of your work day. Entrepreneurs, veterans, auto sales, retail sales, account managers and commission sales people often succeed in this unique and diverse environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to be receptive to feedback, willing to learn.
* Ability to be receptive and responsive to change and to embrace continuous improvement.
* Moderate typing skills required (35 wpm).
* Basic math, writing and communication skills.
* Bilingual/multilingual language skills desirable.
* Successful completion of a company sponsored two-week training program.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED. Pay range is $10-$11/hourly based on shift
**COMMISSION BONUS ACCRUED DURING TEMPORARY STATUS AND PAYED OUT ONCE HIRED PERM – FULL TIME, ALONG WITH $1000 SIGN ON BONUS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CONVERSATION**
