Receptionist Position in Busy Downtown Lowell Law Firm

Position available for receptionist/legal assistant in busy law firm located in downtown Lowell.

The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, be dependable and professional, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a client-facing position

Responsibilities will include, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates and paralegals, greeting clients and visitors to the firm, scheduling appointments, maintaining the electronic office calendar, retaining court reporters and mediators, inventorying and ordering/stocking general office supplies, entering timesheets on the Clio program, and performing general administrative support and clerical activities.

Preferred experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Clio.
