POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Credit Analyst, Credit Officer will contribute to the various day-to-day analytical requirements and
administrative functions of the Credit/Collections Department. The goal of the department is to provide timely
and accurate support for commercial portfolio risk management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Credit analysis and assessment of moderate to complex and/or existing customers to support proposed loans
or annual renewals as requested by the Loan Officers or as needed for compliance with submission of loans to
the Loan Committee and/or Executive Committee
• Spreading financial statement data and analysis of resulting spreadsheets, including documenting findings,
observations, and conclusions regarding the financial health and cash flow capacity of the business and/or
borrower(s) and guarantor(s)
• Research and documentation of moderate to complex credit issues that arise regarding existing borrowers
and/or loan relationships
• Prepare annual review and/or renewal of relationships in the Bank’s existing portfolio

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong understanding of commercial lending, financial analysis, and business structure is essential
• Underwriting experience, including but not limited to construction loans preferred
• Ability to analyze, document, and clearly present findings
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and assimilate knowledge and experience
• Sound working knowledge of various computer programs and software applications, including Microsoft
Office Suite, Sageworks and Fiserv DNA platform.
