Inside Sales Representative β Retail
Responsibilities:
* Conduct exceptional customer service to all customers and employees.
* Guarantee information in assignment/client database is up to date and accurate.
* Assist Operations Manager in the management of assigned budgets
* Work with Business Development Manager to provide regular/consistent sales leads.
* Meet productivity and quality standards.
* Assist with mushrooming business and account development.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma; some college preferred.
* Proven focus to improve/enhance customer relationships.
* Ability to multitask within a fast paced environment.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
* Ability to travel periodically to other local branch.
* Ability to work flexible hours outside the normal schedule.
* Punctual and consistently at work when scheduled.
* Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Point of Sales System).
