Wrap-Around Community Services Manager
Job Overview: The Wrap-Around Community Services Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department’s services. The Manager supervises WACS staff and is expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment and passion for providing support and services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- ● Oversee and Supervise: Day-to-day operations of intake operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- ● Community Engagement: Conduct outreach to WACS served clients and families to address current issues and needs, and service evaluation.
- ● Case Management: Provide case management, interpretation, and advocacy for all incoming clients.
- ● Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into CMAA’s client management system (CMS).
- ● Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Civic Engagement and Healthy Living Program, and other local partners and other non-profit organizations relevant to WACS services.
- ● Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports to funders and monthly performance updates for the Executive Director.
- ● Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members on government regulations and updates.
- ● Collaborate with the Executive Director or their designated representative to establish objective performance metrics across all services, ensuring consistent and high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all program staff.
Qualifications:
- ● A minimum of three years of clerical or administrative experience is required.
- ● Supervisory experience and proficiency in program management are essential.
- ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- ● Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities, coupled with exceptional multitasking
proficiency, are highly valued.
- ● A commitment to CMAA’s mission and a passion for the Khmer and other underserved
communities are essential.
- ● Familiarity with the Khmer community and its challenges and needs is highly desirable.
- ● The ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment is crucial.
- ● A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, an Associate degree with five years of
relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
- ● Conversational proficiency in Khmer is required.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience: $54,000 – $58,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, LTD & STD insurance, paid vacations, summer hours, and paid holidays. We are also closed from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day.
