Change in Massachusetts Data Breach Notification Law…

Hello GLCC Members,

I came across the article below while researching info on how to handle data breaches. The key is that any businesses that collect personal information from residents of Massachusetts MUST have a Written Information Security Plan (WISP) in place to insure proper handling of personal information. if you move any of this type of data, which is the 3rd element of a WISP plan, I can help you with that requirement.
