Account Manager/Sales Rep – Panospin Studios
Growing Massachusetts based photography company has an immediate opening for a free-lance contract consultant to serve the combined roles of Account Manager and Sales Representative.
This position is full-time (32 to 40 hours per week), long-term contract; hourly wage plus commission; no benefits; payment via 1099 misc. income.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency with Google’s Gmail, and Google spreadsheets
- Basic understanding and appreciation for photography
- Working knowledge of ftp software a plus!
- Good organizational, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think like a business owner
- Sales and/or marketing experience with a proven sales closing track record
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Timely ongoing response to inquiries
- Corresponding with people in all USA time zones via e-mail and telephone
- Scheduling and coordination of all aspects of photo shoots including basic trouble shooting
- Coordination of photo processing, uploading and server based storage
- Serving as client liaison for each phase of the photo shoot from start to finish
- Monitoring and tracking all expenses and payments related to each client/booking
- Prospecting, CRM software maintenance – NO COLD CALLING !
- Occasional attendance at photo shoots, networking events and/or related sales functions

This is a combined business to business sales position and account management of current existing business.
