The Community Service Committee is comprised of Chamber members that want to make a difference in the Greater Lowell community.

Nonprofit of the Month

Every month the Community Service Committee selects a nonprofit to support including collecting donations, scheduling a tour of their facility, promotion and coordinating volunteer opportunities (when applicable).

Community Service Scholarship

In keeping with our long tradition of honoring youth in the Greater Lowell area, we created an annual scholarship several years ago to honor the ideals of commitment to the community and to demonstrate our long-standing commitment to the youth of our community. You can learn more about the scholarship and apply online on this page of our website.

Some of our projects include:

• Annual Community Service Scholarship for Greater Lowell area seniors with a strong community service background
• Ringing the bell for the Salvation Army
• Lowell Folk Festival Bucket Brigade
