When we first started DIY Lowell in 2015, we had no idea that we would be here a decade and more than 25 community projects later. We are honored that more than a hundred Project Team members and thousands of volunteers and attendees took the journey with us. Through it all, we hope we've woven just as many threads between new friends and diverse communities, demonstrated and redefined what Lowell can do, and provided skills and tools that extend beyond our projects. We're humbled that so many folks have trusted us with this work.

We aren't just serious and solemn, though - we're thrilled, and think it's well past time for a big party! To celebrate our milestone, we, Executive Director Gabby Davis, and the entire DIY Lowell board are inviting you to a very special event: A Tenth Anniversary Gala. We're still working out the details, but please save the date: 10.10.2025.

In honor of the sunset of our first ten years, we're calling it the "Sunset Gala." But don't be fooled: it's not DIY Lowell's sunset, and we'll be imagining together DIY Lowell's next decade just as much as reflecting on the past. We hope you'll join us.
