International Institute of New England (IINE), in partnership with University of Massachusetts Lowell, will host a premiere screening of the documentary Finding Home: Stories from Recent Immigrants, an inspiring film that chronicles the extraordinary journey of immigrant families as they rebuild their lives and navigate new beginnings in New England.
Following the screening, a moderated discussion will be hosted with members of the creative team, community leaders, and advocates for refugee and immigrant support. This dialogue will shed light on the complex realities facing families and the power of community in fostering resilience and belonging.
This event is sponsored by the Office of the Provost at UMass Lowell and IINE, and co-sponsored by UMass Lowellโs College of Fine Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences and Office of Multicultural Affairs.
