This “lecture concert” will include MCC music faculty members Daniel Fridley, singer; Carmen Rodriguez-Peralta, pianist; Orlando Cela, flutist; Raley Beggs, guitarist, and Todd Brunel, bass clarinetist will present a lecture/concert of works inspired by poetry. MCC English faculty member Tom Laughlin will also read his poem “Jazz” while Todd Brunel improvises.
