SLS Spring Strides Challenge: Walking Challenge

We are excited for our Spring Walking Challenge in partnership with SLS Fitness and Dragonfly Cafe! The Challenge will take place from April 5th-May 3rd and features coaching, prizes and more via a Facebook group created just for this challenge. Anyone in the community is welcome to join us on this wellness journey!

The Challenge is to walk 30 minutes a day! If you miss a day (or don’t complete the 30 minutes), make it up the next day. Fill out this card and turn it in at the end of the challenge to be entered to win some prizes.
