Our #Shop978 Campaign will officially launch on June 3rd!
We’d love ALL area retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and arts & culture businesses to participate.
WHY PARTICIPATE?
#Shop978 is a summer-long campaign that will provide participating businesses marketing and promotion via social media, the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, and more! By providing a deal, an increase in foot and online traffic will help generate much-needed income as the economy opens up. Oh, and did we mention it was free to participate?!
Participating businesses will have a profile that will be included in the #Shop978 directory. (Click here to sign up!)
- Businesses that provide a deal will have a DEALS banner on their profile to make them stand out.
- All deals will be searchable on the #Shop978 directory AND will be promoted on the deals section of the website.
- Each week, the business will the most shares will receive a trophy and added social media exposure.
HOW CAN OUR CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PARTICIPATE?
Community members will be encouraged to go to the #Shop978 website to:
- Take the #Shop978 Pledge to shop local each week throughout the course of the campaign.
- Create a map with their favorite local businesses that they will share on social media – so EVERYONE can see your profile and deal!
