We have opportunities for you to take the next step in your career by joining our Customer Service Center team. Customer Service Center Representatives assist customers over the phone and via email with an emphasis on providing quality service.

Representatives will maintain knowledge of all Bank products and services, open new deposit accounts for existing customers, actively listen for sales opportunities and directly manage a wide variety of service situations.

This position allows the opportunity to learn about many banking functions, and provide various back office support to the branch network. It is a great foundation for those looking for future growth within the Bank.

Successful applicants will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, project a pleasant tone of voice on the phone and will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
