Full Time Career Opportunity – Construction Loan Administrator

Lowell Five, a trusted community partner, has an immediate opening for a Loan Administrator with specialized experience in Construction Lending.

This position is in support of a two person team of Construction Loan Officers, with primary responsibilities related to project documentation and administrative management, including, but not limited to:

• Managing and monitoring all aspects of the inspection process, including interacting with borrowers and the scheduling and documenting of all inspections.

• Creating, monitoring, and presenting individual project status reports for review by Construction Management.

• Providing specialized administrative servicing throughout the life of the loan, including, but not limited to, origination support and the processing of advances and partial releases as authorized by the Loan Officers.

Successful candidates will have specific experience in Construction Lending support and a working knowledge of construction loan tracking software.
