Lowell City Manager Bernie Lynch would like to invite all Lowell businesses to attend a meeting to discuss business and find out local business owner’s concerns or interests.
The meeting will take place on Friday October 18th at 1pm at the Mayor’s Reception Room in City Hall, Lowell MA
