SUBMIT ENTRY FOR THE LIPMAN AWARD BY MAY 20

The Pollard Memorial Library, through a generous donation from Loom Press, is sponsoring the Elinor Lipman Award. Honoring Lowell native and prolific author Elinor Lipman, the award celebrates literacy and learning in Lowell. A prize of $1,000 will be awarded to a work of fiction or creative non-fiction written by an adult who resides in Lowell or is a student at UMass Lowell or Middlesex Community College. Ms. Lipman, Gretchen Gerzina and Pilar Garcia-Brown will judge the entries and select the winner. Entries must be submitted on or before May 20.
