John Greenwald -1942-2010
Longtime member, John Greenwald, was a great friend to many and an active supporter of the
Arts League of Lowell (ALL). He was a passionate artist and an energetic supporter of the arts.
All who knew him are better for the experience.
John’s support continues through his works given to ALL by his wife, Rita Lipman.
Proceeds from sales of larger works and of John’s “day studies” benefit the
gallery and organization, keeping the arts alive in Lowell.
A selection of John’s works will hang in the ALL Gallery through August when his work then joins new art by artists inspired by his work.
