Many Paths Home: A Retreat for Restoring Balance

Come back home to yourself. Often, life seems to pull us out of our knowing place and into doubt, drama, and disharmony. Home is the place we long to return to in order to remember who we are, to seek truth, to receive guidance, and to become empowered to face challenges. There we replenish energy levels, find inner resources, wisdom, peace, and new inspiration.
When you have lost your way, there are many ways to return home. We will explore a number of practices: breathing meditation, mantra, mindfulness, walking meditation, Pure Awareness, and loving-kindness meditation. You will have an opportunity to journal, walk a labyrinth, and create a vision board to come home to your true desires. Please come with a concern, challenge or question that you are seeking clarity or insight around.
Bring a journal, refillable water bottle, and a bag lunch. Healthy snacks will be provided.
