Lowell Premier of the Indie Film “Beyond the Wall”

LOWELL – On Monday, June 27, Lowell House Inc. (LHI) will host the Lowell premiere of the indie film BEYOND THE WALL by the award winning Northern Light Productions.
Explore the struggles and triumphs of formerly incarcerated individuals and their families as they move from a life at the Billerica House of Correction to the challenges of a clean and sober life in the community. Through the personal stories of six former prisoners documented over four years, BEYOND THE WALL bears witness to the challenges of life on the outside.
Join LHI CEO Bill Garr and Directors Jenny Phillips and Bestor Cram plus a panel of invited guests – DA Marian Ryan, Sheriff Peter Koutoujian, LPD Chief Bill Taylor, film VIP’s Louie Diaz and Billy Cabrera after the documentary for a frank question and answer period on the issues of re-entry, relapse, recovery and redemption.
