Habitat Homeowner Info Session

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell will be renovating a home at 11 Alpine Street in Billerica. The construction of this three bedroom home is scheduled to begin in December 2019 with an anticipated completion date of August 2020. Depending on your income, the sales price for this three bedroom home will be no higher than $185,000, with estimated payments of $800-$900/month for a 30 year mortgage, including taxes and insurance. Compare this to your rent! Come to one of the following information sessions to learn how you may qualify to be the next Habitat homeowner!
