Habitat for Humanity Info Session – Become a Habitat Homeowner!

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell is building a duplex home on Nesmith Street in the Belvidere neighborhood of Lowell. The construction of these two, three bedroom homes is underway with an anticipated closing date of June 2019. Depending on your income, the sales price for these three bedroom homes will be no higher than $160,000, with estimated payments of $850-$1,000/month for a 30 year mortgage including taxes, insurance & HOA. Compare this to your rent! Come to one of the following information sessions to learn how you may qualify to be the next Habitat homeowner!
