Fall Prevention Clinic with Circle Home Health

Falls are the leading cause of injury, disability, and loss of independence among those over age 60 in our communities…. But, falls are preventable!
Circle Home will present a FREE Fall Prevention Clinic this Thursday, September 22, at Lowell General Hospital’s Clark Auditorium. “Drop in” anytime between 4:00 and 6:30PM for your individual fall risk assessment, education about fall prevention, connections with community resources, fun and refreshments. There is no cost and no appointments are needed.
