Our team has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Management Coordinator who will be responsible for providing varied administrative support to Learning & Development and Talent Management functions. Supporting Learning & Development, the individual will be responsible for: utilizing the learning management system (LMS) for course creation, updating participant data, assigning courses and curriculum, completing records, compiling reports and assisting team members by phone with questions; administering eSource/intranet site announcements, communications, content and document retention; assisting with course planning calendar/location reservations, room set-up/break-down including laptop/equipment; administering the Conference, Seminar, Webinar, and Academic program; coordinating schedules, materials, presenters, refreshments and follow up surveys for orientations, trainings, and forums and other workshops. In support of Talent Management, the individual will create on-boarding schedules, checklists, order name plates, create system user and security forms for access/business cards, provide information to managers for new hire buddy pairings; complete various aspects of the new hire, employment change, and termination workflows, save applicant information for document retention and handle other related duties as assigned. As needed, will process applicable new and existing employee(s) information in accordance with the SAFE Act and ensure NMLS licensing and assist with audit and regulatory requests from Compliance.

Requirements: An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be professional, reliable, possess strong customer service, problem solving and the ability to juggle priorities to deliver high quality work on time in a fast paced department. Proven experience staying organized, accurate and detailed in work with deadlines and adjusting priorities to complete assignments with high quality results. Intermediate to advanced proficiency and experience with MSOffice suite applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) strongly preferred and the ability to learn new technologies quickly highly desirable.
