NEW Careers in Healthcare Experience Program!

Lowell General Hospital will be hosting a Careers in Healthcare week long experience for high school students in the Greater Lowell area. Student will visit various hospital departments including the Laboratory, the Emergency Department, the Pharmacy, the Intensive Care Unit and many more. While visiting the numerous departments student will participate in interactive hands on activities such as: a tour of the hospital, learning about defibrillators, become CPR certified, and how to examine human tissue. A pair of scrubs for the week, daily morning snack and lunch will also be provided. A graduation ceremony will end this fun, exciting experience. Each student will be presented with a certificate of completion presented by a member of Lowell General Hospital’s executive team.
This program is open to high school students ages 15-18 years of age looking to pursue a career in healthcare.
